Q. How long before I have to pay?

A. You pay first then I get to work. I will only hold your spot for 1 week
if you haven't paid I will delete your spot. Sorry no exceptions~ ♥


Q. Are all payments made in full?

A. No, if your order is more than $75 it will be in two payments.
The first payment is received before I get to work the second is once it is done.
But if your order is less than $75 it will be in one payment.


Q. I have read the FaQ now am I ready to make an order?

A. Sorry no, you should have a look at my prices to find out what you want,
Since I charge extra for models, backgrounds ect.


Q. I need you to make me a drawing asap! Can you do that?

A. Yes, within reason. I can make a drawing in about one week. If you want it done
shorter than a week I charge. It will be electronically delivered, I am not held
responsible if you should not receive it in time.


Q. I need you to make me a flash dress up game asap! Can you do that?

A. Unfortunately no, flash dress up games are more complex than a drawing therefor I am not able to rush without effecting the quality.
Please understand it is to keep quality at it's best, sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you~ ♥


Q. I'm not happy with my item but I already accepted it, is there any way to change it?

A. Yes, I will modify it to your liking if you are not satisfied, up to one week after accepting it.


Q. Are there any refunds?

A. No, but if you are not satisfied with your item within one week after the item was
finished then I will modify it to your liking. However I will not make you a new
drawing, I will only do alterations to the finished product.  


Q. Do I get the drawing/game shipped to me?

A. No, you are paying me to draw or make the game for you. I will send you a link to
where you can download it, there is no physical item.


Q. How long will it take for you to finish my game/drawing?

A. A drawing is usually finished within a week or two. A game is done usually around
three weeks or four.


Q. Why do you need my e-mail?

A. So I can bill you for the item you wanted.


Q. What forms of payment do you use?

A. I only use paypal, Sorry no exceptions ♥


Q. What is a basic background?

A. It is just one color~ ♥
